Two Minds

Oh boy, when I'm just about ready to reject all scholarship offers and wait for UPU, I got a call from YTN. Haih, so here's my conversation with the YTN representative.

YTN : Hello, ni Wan Muhammad Faiz?
Me : Ya saya, ni siapa?
YTN : Ini wakil dari YTN nak tanya, Faiz berminat nak gi Educamp tak?
Me : Erm, takpa la kot.
YTN : Oh, dah dapat offer lain ek?
Me : Aah.
YTN : Okay, takpa la camtu.

Why you call me at the last minute? Haha. The Educamp's today kot. How am I supposed to go there? Ergh, whatever. Should have called me yesterday or at least notify me earlier.

Actually, when I made the decision of not going, I already checked the ranking of universities in Malaysia. I found out that Uniten and UTP are not even in the top ten. So, I'm not gonna go there. Like seriously, most IPTAs are in the top ten. So, it's better that I do my foundation or matriculation first, then apply scholarship for my degree studies in the IPTAs. That I think, will be better. ;)

So now, I can kiss the Petronas and YTN offers goodbye. I'm not gonna go for them. Besides, most scholarships are given to students who have completed their pre-university studies. So, I'm going to apply next year. InsyaAllah. :)

P/S : I really hope I can get into top universities for both my foundation and degree studies. InsyaAllah, I've made up my mind, I'm gonna take engineering. Pray for me peeps!
