Post SPM

Fuhh, dah lama tak update. Okay, seeing my juniors being psyched up about scholarships and stuffs reminded me of the past. It was me over a year ago. Anxious about the opportunities available for me right after I finished my Biology Paper 3. I was really busy about finding myself a scholarship at that time.

Tapi, semua tu dah lepas. And I've settled down for what I think is the best for me. Back to the story, I was really sad that I missed the chance to go to UTP educamp right after SPM. Well, I didn't apply for it. When I was going to, the deadline had already passed. So aku pun just relaks je la, knowing that most of the scholarships will open right after SPM results.

Dapat je results SPM, Alhamdulillah, boleh dibanggakan jugak la. Aku apply untuk scholarships. Aku apply Petronas, YTN, dengan Mara. So time tu aku ingat lagi, masa tu aku tengah practice untuk driving test. Tiba tiba dapat mesej from Petronas suruh check application status. And Alhamdullilah, aku dapat pergi Petronas Eduquest untuk Chemical Engineering in UTP. Memang happy time tu, but I decided to let it go.

And then orang YTN call suruh pergi Educamp. Tapi aku tolak, believing that Uniten was not going to be the best place for me. So sampai la time UPU keluar, Alhamdulillah, aku dapat first choice aku, Asasi Sains Fizikal dekat Universiti Malaya. Tipu la kalau aku kata aku tak happy. Dari kecil kau aku nak masuk UM. Dapat jugak merasa.

Dekat masa nak mendaftar tu, tiba tiba result Mara keluar. Aku dapat tawaran untuk ke Universiti Teknologi Petronas untuk buat Mechanical Engineering. Tapi setelah berfikir masak masak, aku tolak tawaran tu, dah terima tawaran buat asasi dekat UM. Lagipun, dari PASUM aku boleh buat lagi banyak pilihan tentang courses yang aku boleh ambil untuk undergraduate nanti.

So guys, buat decision berdasarkan apa yang terbaik. Bukan yang boleh memanfaatkan korang dalam masa pendek sahaja. Kalau ikutkan hati dulu, dah lama aku pergi UTP under Mara. Sebab UTP kan agak bebas. But in the end, I think that PASUM is the best place for me. :)
