OK, now I'm thinking. How do I go jogging? It's not that important but since I can't even focus on doing anything because I feel really weak, I decided to go jogging. :) Not only I can increase my stamina, fitness level and everything, I will feel energized if I went jogging. I want to jog so that I can do anything I want without worrying of getting tired.
Not only jogging, I also decided to cut on food as sometimes, I will eat more than I need to and hence causing sleepiness. T_T Junk food is a no no of course. :) Looks like I'm going to have fruits and plain water for breakfast from now on. Haihh. Oh yeahh, I can also cut my body into shape with jogging. My mom encourages me too because I will be away from diseases.
Therefore, I've decided to go jogging at 6.00 pm and come back home at 6.30. :) Then do some crunches, squats, sit ups and any possible workouts to make sure I stay healthy. :) Not to forget cardio too. :D Maybe I should have meals three times a day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and not more than that. :D But what if I feel really hungry at night? I think I should take some plain water and fruits. :) Easy one.
Hurm, starting tomorrow, I'm saving money as I want to buy a ball. :) Just to practice or kicking around when I'm bored.
What more? Nothing. So, that's all for now.
